摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of micronization and amorphorization of cefdinir in solubility and dissolution rate. The samples were prepared by spray drying (SD) and supercritical anti-solvent (SAS) process and they were investigated by several different methods. As a result, solubility and dissolution rate of cefdinir were significantly increased by micronization and amorphorization.
