摘要: Surface Plasmon Resonance imaging (SPRi) and Particle Size Analysis (PSA) are two complementary technologies to explore biomolecular interactions. Indeed, they can characterize biomolecular interactions by giving complementary information such as: Kinetics constants, affinity and concentration; Size, temperature of denaturation, aggregation. Surface Plasmon Resonance imaging (SPRi) is an optical technique which monitors label-free molecular interactions in a real-time and multiplex format. The multiplex format of SPRi allows ligands to be immobilized under different conditions for fast and easy comparison on a single sensor chip.
