摘要: Exosomes are cell-derived extracellular vesicles (typically 50-150 nm) and mediate cellcell communication via body fluid. Exosomes contain various proteins on their lipid-bilayer membranes and miRNA, mRNA, DNA inside. Recently, exosomes are explored as a way of drug discovery and a tool for diagnosis. In this poster, we will introduce two evaluation methods of exosomes, surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRi) for membrane proteins and particle size analysis for the size distribution of exosomes.
