摘要: CMV-cp and TMV-cp were introduced into sweet pepper by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation and pollen tube path way. It was examined that the exogenous gene was combined to the transformed plants. New resources of resistance to CMV and TMV were obtained by further resistant detection and selection in field. The pepper is the worldwide vegetable, It has been distributed widely with a good adaptability. Pepper is very popular and nourishing with the highest vitamin C among many kinds of vegetables, however, with the history of cultivation, the diseases of the pepper increases, causing damage heavily, especially causing yield loss to 30% . There are mainly three ways at present for the prevention and control of vegetable diseases and vegetable pests;First, breeding the disease-resistant variety with the traditional breeding method, but require disease-resistant resources; Second, prevention and control by using the chemicals, but in this way will causing the pollution to the environment, and causing pathogenic bacteria resistance to drugs, at the same time increasing the cost; Third, Taking on culture methods such as crop rotation, only gaining very little result. The genetic engineering has been developing rapidly, pepper strain resistance to virus has been bred. In this research, disease-resistant gene has been intraduced into the pepper by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation and pollen tube pathway, new pepper lines shows that disease-resistant, solving the problem that in short of disease-resistant resources in the pepper breeding.
