摘要: CMV-cp and TMV-cp were introduced into sweet pepper by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation and pollen tube path way. It was examined that the exogenous gene was combined to the transformed plants. New resources of resistance to CMV and TMV were obtained by further resistant detection and selection in field.
