摘要: Four cucumber varieties of different ecological types were used in this experiment. Measure the indexes such as germination energy, germination percentage, coefficient of germination under 28℃, 35℃ ,40℃ ,42℃ ,45℃. The results showed that germinating ability drops as temperature is going up, 45℃ is the upper limit , coefficient of germination under 42℃ may be differential index on heat tolerance in germination period of cucumber seed. Take use of the temperature index , approbate the heat tolerance in germination period , make a result that some varieties ' coefficients of germination are higher at 42℃ such as 217,1058 - 1 ,631 - 1 ,325, jizao 3 ,bailvjie , yinxing etc. These varieties are materials with better heat resistance in germination period of cucumber.
