摘要: To establish key technology, organize traditional techniques, and provide products to the markets was the way of Tartary buckwheat industrialization. To introduce international food engineering and take Tartary buckwheat as main food, apply high and new technology to produce high quality products , set up standardized base of food raw material, tamp the foundation, and make good environment were main task to better Tartary buckwheat industry.
