摘要: We brought up 6 Strategies on buckwheat health protection food development, through describing present situation of study on buckwheat nutrient characteristic, medicinal value , health protection function and food development. The buckwheat originatesfrom China. It is seen as health protection food from time immemorial to nowadays. In the past medical books, there were a lot of records about its nourish and medical values, especially the medical value of tartary buckwheat was more outstanding. The buckwheat is always staple food of people main product areas of China, nourishment abundant buckwheat seeding is again special features on the dining table of modern people. In the 90's of the 20th century, buckwheat and its processing technologies gradually got abroad. Because Its abounds in gifts of nature with nourishment and health protection, all countries tried to be the first to research and develop buckwheat, especially in China, Japan, Russia, Poland, Korea, Canada etc. The level of research anddevelopment came to very high.
