摘要： An expression vector pACⅢcotaiting the chimeric gene HAV-VP3P1and HCV-C gene has been constructed and transferred to C.reinhardtiiby the biolistic method. The trans- formants have been identified byPCR, Southern-blotting, Northern-blotting and Wester-blot- tingassays after selecting on resistant medium and incubating in thedark. The results show that the chimeric gene has replaced the chILgene of C.reinhardtii chloroplast genome and ex- pressed correctlyunder the control of the C.reinhardtii chloroplast double promoters5' chIL- 5'atpA. The analysis of SDS-PAGE indicates that theexpressed protein accounts for 5.31/100 of total soluble protein.
