摘要: Objective:Establish the best conditions of ethanol extracting chlorogenic acid. Methods: Using L9 (3(4)) orthogonal test, four parameters including temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and the concentration of alcohol, were used in this study to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid in Honeysuckle extract by HPLC method. Result: The analysis of the orthogonal test showed the optimal fermentation condition was 60 degrees C, 75%concentration of alcohol, 1:14 solid-liquid ratio and 1.5 hour extraction time. Conclusion: The method is easy to use with simple operation condition and high extraction rate, and suitable for industrial extraction of chlorogenic acid.
