摘要: Liliaceae Veratrum L. is distributed in many regions of the world. As a poisonous medicinal plant, it has attracted the attention of researchers because it contains a variety of active substances and has many pharmacological effects, such as antihypertensive, antineoplastic, and insecticidal effects. In this paper, the chemical structures and relative molecular weights of 60 kinds of V. nigrum steroid alkaloids (VSA), and the synthetic pathways of VSA and their various medicinal activities were summarized by reviewing recent literature in recent years, in order to provide a reference for the future development and utilization of V. nigrum.
