摘要:
The rapid development of Lentinula edode industry in China has led to the production of large amounts of waste substrates, which has brought enormous pressure to ecological environment. Thus, it is of great significance to study utilization of spent substrate. In this study, complex enzyme combined with high pressure pretreatment were applied to extract polysaccharide from spent substrate of L. edode in order to improve the utilization efficiency of its residue and explore more biological application of the polysaccharides from spent L. edodes substrate. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: complex enzyme (cellulase, xylanase, beta-glucanase) ratio, 3:2:1; total amount of enzyme, 660 U
