摘要： A KI-mediated electrochemical method has been devel-oped for the synthesis of trisubstituted 1,2,4-triazoles from easily acces-sible hydrazones and amidines derivatives. The protocol provides vari-ous aryl and alkyl 1,2,4-triazoles in moderate to good yields with good functional-group tolerance and without the need for any chemical oxi-dants in an undivided cell.
