摘要: Three unreported 2-(2-phenethyl)chromone dimers, malaccenones A-C (1-3), were isolated and identified from the agarwood Aquilaria malaccensis. These compounds were purified by various column chromatographic techniques, and their structures were elucidated based on the analysis of UV, HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR, and ECD spectroscopic data, as well as comparison with literature data. Compounds 1-3 were evaluated for their inhibition effects on nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. All of these compounds exhibited anti-inflammatory activity with IC50 values ranging from 21.79 +/- 1.05-31.44 +/- 1.65 mu M.
