摘要： The water consumption of rice planting is large. Based on the limited water resources and the strong domestic rice demand, measures must be taken to make rational use of water resources. The effective way is for rice growers to participate in the management of water conservancy irrigation. In this study, the cooperative organization of water use between rice growers and water cooperation organization was used as a closed system to solve the stable relationship between them and the influence of water cooperative organization on irrigation management of rice growers.
