摘要: To explore the effects of different concentrations of dimethylpentyl on soil enzyme activity and microbial community influence, the changes of soil invertase, urease, catalase, polyphenol oxidase, alkaline phosphatase, bacterial number, fungal number, bacterial and fungal community diversity under the two treatments (indoor potted and field environment) were studied. The results showed that the activity of soil enzyme was activated by dimethylpentylene, and there was no obvious concentration effect relationship. The community of soil bacteria and fungi was sensitive to the change of concentration of dimethylpentylene forest, which changed with the change of application concentration.
