摘要: Seven AFLP primer sets were used to investigate the genetic structure of a wild base population and three generations of marine shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis selected for fast growth (F5-F7). More than 500 bands were generated in total. On average, each primer set detected 33.7 polymorphic markers. The expected average heterozygosity ranged from 0.085 to 0.097. As time under selection increased, genetic diversity tended to reduce, the differentiation between generations became less, and the variation of genetic structure of the populations became smaller.
