摘要： Six compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the latex of Antiaris toxicaria (Pers.) Lesch collected in Hainan. The structures were established as toxicarioside 1 (1), strophanthidin (2), periplogenin (3), (3 beta,5 alpha,14 beta,17 alpha)-3,14-dihydroxypregnan-20-one (4), alpha-tocopherol (5) and 3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenol (6) by spectroscopic methods (IR, 1D-, 2D-NMR and HR-ESIMS). Among them, compound 1 was a new cardenolide, compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 similar to 3 showed cytotoxic effects on chronic myelogenous leukemia (K562), human gastric carcinoma (SGC-7901) and human hepatoma (SMMC-7721) cell lines with IC(50) values ranged from 0.001 to 12.3 mu mol.L(-1).
