摘要: In this study the characters of the CMS A, B, and C lines, and hybrids F_1, F_2 , aBC_1 (male sterile line X hybrid F_1), bBC_1 (hybrid F_1 X maintainer line) of the two double-low cytoplasmic male sterile lines, CMS 384A and 217A, in Brassica napus L. were observed and analysed. It has been found that the male sterility of CMS 384A and 217A were stable, and their anthers spoiled completely, and the petals stretched normally. Their male sterility belongs to sporophytic sterile type, and the male sterility was derived from the interaction of some cytoplasmic sterile genes with recessive nucleus genes. The results showed that CMS 384A has a pair of recessive nucleus genes, and CMS217A has two pairs of recessive nucleus genes. There were no alleles genes between the two CMS lines. The genotypes of the two CMS lines are S (r_1r_1) for CMS 384A and S (r_2r_2r_3r_3) for CMS 217A.
