摘要: Seventy-four restorers were found among different original B. napus L. by test-cross for several years. The percentage of partial restorers and maintainers was higher, which were 42.9 and 42.3 per cent, respectively. On the contrary, the restorer's was low, it was 14.8 per cent in the tested materials. Genetic analysis showed that all these restorers had one pair of major dominant gene. A set of new restorers, which have good restoring ability, high quality and high combining ability were transferred using screened restorers. Strong heterosis hybrids 'Yuyou No. 4, No.5' with high quality were released using the restorers.
