摘要: Using the carboxin resistance gene from Pleurotus eryngii as a selective marker, we introduced foreign DNA into the arthroconidia of Hypsizygus marmoreus through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The function of the exogenous GUS (beta-glucuronidase) gene driven by the CaMV35S promoter was detected in the transformants.
