A new phragmalin-type limonoid from the roots of Trichilia sinensis

摘要: A new 1,2-seco phragmalin-type limonoid, named trichilinone A, which contained a 1,30-oxo bridge in the tetranortriterpenoid core, was isolated from the roots of Trichilia sinensis (Meliaceae). The structure was eluci-dated based on the analysis of its HRESIMS and NMR spectroscopic data, and its absolute configuration was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 showed weak acetylcholinesterase inhibi-tory activity in vitro.
