摘要: A RAPD marker analysis of resistance to Fusarium head blight caused by Fusarium graminearum in wheat Sumai 3 (highly resistance to FHB) was investigated using Fg recom-binant inbred lines (RILs). The RILs were derived from the F_1 of the cross 'Sumai 3/Alondra' by single-seed descent. The resistance of RILs was evaluated in the field by injecting conidiospores into a central floret, and scab symptoms were recorded 21 days after inoculation. Disease severity was calculated as the percentage of infected spikelets/spike. DNA from resistant and susceptible parents was analyzed with 546 RAPD primers. Ninety-three of these primers amplified polymorphic band between parents. Four RAPD primers (S1004, S1022, S1120 and S1139) showed linkage with the resistance to FHB, with recombination values of 18.94, 24.26, 28.30, and 24.49 %, respectively. Because these four primers were not linked to each other, they may be linked to different resistance genes of Sumai 3.
