摘要: Breeding wheat with high quality, high yield, and strong and durable resistance to Fusarium was the preferred method to avoid damage caused by scab in the field. Biotechnology, especially cell engineering technology, has been widely applied in breeding. We have obtained a number of somaclonal varieties from somatic tissue culture, somatic mutants via DON-toxin screening, hybrids containing resistance gene from wild species, and doubled-haploid plants that combine high yield with resistance to scab. In order to localize and map the resistance genes, five genetic populations were constructed. A few RFLP probes were demonstrated to have polymorphism between resistant and susceptible cultivars. RAPD markers related to the scab-resistance gene have been obtained.
