藏猪出生重的全基因组关联分析

摘要: 出生体重是影响仔猪质量和存活的一个重要性状。本研究利用206头藏猪仔猪群体,提取耳组织样品DNA并利用猪50K SNP芯片进行基因分型,分型结果经质控与基因型填充后,采用单变量混合线性模型的全基因组关联分析(GWAS),筛选该群体的出生重性状相关基因。结果显示:GEMMA软件共检测到5个达到染色体显著水平(P<5.6*10-6)的SNP位点,筛选了TMC1、PRUNE2、FOXB2、XIRP2、ENSSSCG00000005264、ENSSSCG00000022408和ENSSSCG00000030243作为出生重性状候选基因,为后续通过分子育种手段提升藏猪出生重性状奠定了基础。
