摘要: Eight new phenethoxy derivatives, trichoasperellinsA-H(1-8), were isolated from the endophytic fungusTrichoderma asperellumG10 isolated from the medicinal plantAreca catechuL. The structures of these compounds wereelucidated from spectroscopic data,J-based configurationalanalysis, and Mosher's methods. Compounds1-4and6-8bearone or two multioxidized C7moieties with the same carbonskeleton. The carbon skeletons of compounds6-8are new, allcontaining three moieties connected via two acetal carbons similarto those of disaccharide glycosides. Compound4inhibited nitricoxide production with an IC50value of 48.3 mu M, comparable to that of the positive control indomethacin (IC50, 42.3 mu M).
