摘要: Three new 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones (1, 2 and 3), together with four known analogues 4-7 were isolated from "Chong-lou' agarwood originating from Aquilaria sinensis for the first time. Their new structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic techniques (UV, IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR), as well as by comparison with the literature data. Compounds 6 and 7 exhibited significant cytotoxicity against human cancer cell line K562 with IC50 values of 19.79 +/- 0.03 and 21.39 +/- 0.05 mu M, respectively.
