摘要: A new macrolide cephalolidedifuran A (1), together with two known cephalosporolides B (2), and I (3), was isolated from the fungus Cordyceps spp., a strain from cell fusion between Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps cicadae. Their structures were identified on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy as well as MS. The bioassay for anti-nematode activity of all the isolates showed that compounds 1 and 3 revealed moderate inhibitory activity against the nematode Panagrellus redivivus, with a mortality ratio of 48.35 and 59.16% at 2.5 mg/mL, respectively. Moreover, compounds 1-3 showed weak inhibitory activity against AChE at the concentration of 100 mu M.
